Domestic & Southeast Asia Shipping
We currently ship within Thailand and to selected Southeast Asia countries.
Order Processing

Orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1–3 business days, and no later than 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays or lost shipments.
Combined Shipments
To improve delivery efficiency, our system may automatically combine multiple orders into one package.
Please note:

We are unable to manually combine orders upon request.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Heavier packages may incur additional postage costs.

Sale Shipping

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partners.
Please note:

Tracking is available only within Thailand.

Once your package exits Thailand, tracking updates may not be available, depending on your country’s postal system.

Duties & Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees charged upon arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

New, unused, and unwashed

In original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by the original receipt

Returned within 15 days of purchase
Exchanges

Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalized embroidery items are non-returnable, non-refundable,
and non-exchangeable.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the entire order is returned.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping (e.g., purchases over $200), and you return all items, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
